Join Daniel’s during this Easter Season as we visit the Biblical History Center in LaGrange, GA – an archaeological museum exploring daily life in ancient times. Through authentic archaeological replicas, Biblical Mood presentations, and daily life artifacts, ancient Middle Eastern life comes back to life today. Discover the history and culture of the ancient biblical world as you walk through the archaeological replica garden where full-scale reconstructions of structures relevant to daily life in biblical times bring history to life. A highlight of the experience is an included Biblical Meal – a four-course meal consisting of 15 different food items, such as grapes, olives, nuts, hummus, honey, salad, lentil soup, and chicken roasted like lamb would be for Passover. Your guide will explain ancient meal practices including Passover and the Last Supper, and the setting of the table for reconciliation. All of this will be done in a 1st century-style dining room. The Biblical History Center is the eighth museum in the world, the fourth in the United States, and the only museum in the Southeast to receive a long-term collection of artifacts from the Israel Antiquities Authority. The Biblical Life Artifacts Gallery features over 250 artifacts created from the collections of the Israel National Treasures and displayed in life-like settings, giving new insights into life during Biblical times.
Tour Includes: Motorcoach Transportation, Biblical History Center Empty Tomb Tour & Biblical Lunch.
