No visit to Dublin would be complete without a visit to the Guinness Brewery founded in 1759 by Arthur Guinness. Tour the Rock of Cashel, one of the most important medieval structures in all of Ireland.  Visit Kilkenny, famed for its charming medieval atmosphere laid out in its maze of narrow Norman alleyways, old abbeys, and crumbling city walls. Tour Blarney Castle where you’ll kiss the world-famous Blarney Stone to gain the gift of eloquence and enjoy the expansive castle gardens displaying all type of magical flora and fauna. DAY TRIP – Spring at Hills & Dales Garden and House

Our journey leads us to LeGrange, Georgia, to the esteemed Hills & Dales Garden and House. Established in 1841, the boxwood gardens were meticulously designed and cultivated by Sarah Ferrell.  Spanning over fifty years, Sarah planted six terraced gardens, incorporating both native and exotic plants sourced from far & wide.  Ferrell’s Garden’s gate was open to all who wished to appreciate its beauty.  One of the town’s children, textile magnate Fuller E. Callaway, was deeply influenced by these gardens. As a child, Fuller spent time with “Miss Sarah” learning about horticulture.  After her passing, he and his wife, Ida Cason Callaway, acquired the property to construct their family residence.  The magnificent home was designed to harmonize with the gardens.  Completed in 1916, the Fuller E. Callaway home seamlessly integrates with its gardens, featuring a series of dwarf boxwood parterres that have graced the terraces for over 175 years. This residence is among the best-preserved 19th-century gardens in the nation. The timeless design of the 13,000-square-foot home has quietly overseen the cherished gardens for more than a century.  Provided the weather cooperates, we will have a boxed gourmet lunch in the gardens to make for a perfect spring day!

Head to the beautiful Gramaital. Sit down on the sun terrace of the Almgasthof and enjoy homemade “Kaiserschmarrn” (sweet pancake dish).  Cross into Germany to the iconic Neuschwanstein Castle, a fairy-tale masterpiece nestled in the Bavarian Alps. Outer Banks

This tour is a Daniel’s favorite! Enjoy a 3-night stay at an oceanfront hotel in Kittyhawk, NC and explore the barrier islands known as the Outer Banks (OBX). See historic lighthouses including Currituck Beach Light Station and Bodie Island Lighthouse. One of the most unique experiences on the Outer Banks is a ride on a 4×4 Hummer to see the Wild Spanish Mustangs as they roam free along the beach near Corolla – the natural habitat they have occupied for centuries. Explore along the pristine Cape Hatteras National Seashore ending at Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, the tallest in the U.S.  Visit Kitty Hawk and the Wright Monument at Kill Devil Hills. During your visit you can walk to the First Flight Boulder and Flight Line which mark the location where the Wright Brothers first flew.  It is amazing to stand at that very spot!  Visit the Elizabethan Gardens and learn about The Lost Colony – one of America’s oldest unsolved mysteries – what happened to the early settlers that vanished nearly 450 years ago? Visit Roanoke Island Festival Park where you will see costumed interpreters throughout the replica of England’s first settlement in the New World. Climb aboard the Elizabeth II, a 69-foot sailing vessel representative of those which sailed to the New World in 1585.
