Dust off your Dancin’ Shoes and join us for this Christmas Tour to Chattanooga for a Christmas Carol Dinner Cruise along the Tennessee River on the Southern Belle Riverboat!  Bring your friends and neighbors along on this fun-filled Holiday Get-away! We stay downtown in the heart of the city for 2 nights and visit iconic Chattanooga locations such as the Chattanooga Choo Choo and Nights of Lights at Rock City! All aboard the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum for a fun ride on a rolling time machine providing the sights and sounds of yesteryear along one of the original railroad lines into Chattanooga. The train takes you through the Missionary Ridge Tunnel, which pre-dates the Civil War! The train arrives in East Chattanooga where you can visit the railroad restoration workshop and watch the locomotive rotate on a turntable for the return trip.  We set sail on the Southern Belle Riverboat for a two-hour voyage filled with live music, dancing, and a great dinner.  From festive holiday classics to smooth tunes to dance to, the music creates a lively atmosphere for the evening!  Other tour highlights include a visit to the Tennessee Aquarium and the newest IMAX Show at the Tennessee Aquarium IMAX Theater. A Poconos Hub and Spoke Tour! Spend your first and last night in northern Virginia with a 3 night stay in between at a centrally located “hub” at the AAA Four-Diamond Mount Airy Casino Resort in the heart of the Pennsylvania Pocono Mountains.  This is the perfect base from which to explore the Pocono Mountains in their fall glory. West Virginia is beautiful anytime of the year, but especially in the Fall! You will love this Hub & Spoke Tour with a 3-night stay in cozy accommodations at an elegant lakeside lodge at Stonewall Resort State Park with wonderful breakfasts and dinners.  From our lakeside hub, we will spoke out on new adventures throughout West Virginia each day!  All aboard for a daytime rail excursion on the New Tygart Flyer in Elkins, WV!  This wilderness excursion features mountain grades, an “S” curve tunnel, a high bridge and miles of unspoiled mountain views. Vintage diesel-powered locomotives climb along the cascading Shavers Fork of the Cheat River to the High Falls of Cheat, an 18′ high, 150′ wide waterfall. Enjoy the view aboard a comfortable, climate-controlled passenger train car.  The New River carves a deep gorge through southern West Virginia.  The New River Gorge Bridge is the longest steel span in the western hemisphere, the third highest bridge in the United States, and it is one of the most photographed places in West Virginia…so we will go see it and take photos too!  When we think of WV, we think of coal mines.  We will visit a recreated coal camp at Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine. Experience what the early working days of mining were like on a tour into a vintage coal mine with a veteran miner as your Guide.  Located on a small island in the Ohio River, Blennerhassett Island Historical State Park features a Palladian mansion on the island and a museum of regional history located in Parkersburg, WV. This unique state park is visited by over 40,000 people each year and is accessed by sailing across the river on an authentic sternwheeler riverboat.  Once on the island, enjoy a tour of the 1789 mansion and a horse-drawn carriage ride around the beautiful grounds.  You will even learn about the ties the island has to Aaron Burr’s military conspiracy dating back to 1805.  Enjoy a great family variety show at the Gandy Dancer Dinner Theater in Elkins, WV, visit the Tamarack Artisan Village and see unique works of art and handcrafted items by local WV artist.  Includes 10 meals (4 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, 4 Dinners)
