Colonial Williamsburg Christmas
Join us as we visit Williamsburg, VA where you’ll find enduring traditions, charming period Christmas decorations, and a season that warms the heart. Williamsburg was capital of the Virginia Colony from 1699 to 1780 and played a significant role in the American Revolution. Today, it serves as a living history museum where costumed interpreters portray daily life in the Colony and share their Colonial Christmas Traditions. Visit the authentic trade shops, have an included dinner in an authentic tavern, and visit Merchant Square, an 18th-century style retail village with over 40 unique shops and restaurants. Travel back in time at Jamestown Settlement where you can explore America’s beginnings with interactive exhibits, gallery exhibits, films, and an outdoor living-history area where you can climb aboard a re-creation of one of the three ships that sailed from England to Virginia in 1607. Spend two nights at the Williamsburg Resort at the Colonial Village.
